IE 6 immediately shuts down error

XP Profeeional platform, when IE 6 clicked on to open, it
immediately shuts down with error : App.Ver6.0.2600.0
ModName:seng.dll ModVer:0.0.0.0 Offset 000002aed. I'm
at a loss, any thoughts?

The problem may be due to a spyware. Download Ad-Aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and eliminate the malware products.
** Remember to update the pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware **
