IE 6 encounter error after closing PDF file from website

I keep encountering error and all my web pages closes
after i finish reading PDF file using IE6 in WinXP. Before
the upgrading IE5.5 has no problem with it. Is there any
fixed to it??

Try upgrading Adobe Acrobat. I am assuming you have that installed...

I have the same problem. All the web pages were closed after I closed the page with PDF. I use IE 6 SP1, and the Acrobat is version 5.05 updated from 5.0. Both Acrobat 5.05 and 5.0 enconut the same problem
Any suggestion is appreciated.

Did you remove Acrobat before reinstalling?

Yes, I removed the Acrobat before I reinstalled it. But I cannot remove IE before I reinstall it.

I didn't ask about IE as you can't actually remove it.

Adobe Reader is now up to version 6.0, before we go any further, I suggest
you again remove the current version and see if you have any better success
with the latest version:

It is a pity that Acrobat 6.0 does not solve the problem.
