IE 6.0 Won't remember password; or auto complete

I've done the tool...content...autocomplete thing;
Tried the regedit Protected Storage System Provider
registry update but I CANNOT get my IE 6.0 to auto
complete passwords, address info on new Windows XP Pro
machine.
