ICS setup broken after SP2?

Hello,

i want to use ICS with Windows XPPro SP2. It worked before installing SP2.

When i activate ICS the system tries to set the lana to 192.168.0.1, but it
fails with a RPC-Error 1722.

Any hints to resolv this?

The reason was a not running service (dhcp-client). After starting it,
ics can be setup again.
