ICQ and limited user

How can i let my limited user in windows XP running ICQ 2003b?

I got an error message say the limited user dont have write access ...
PLZ guide
 
Hi,

You need to give limited user accounts full control on the ICQ program
folder. This is very common with chat programs and limited accounts. A quick
way to do this would be to open a command prompt (start/run cmd) and run the
following to give everyone full control:

cacls file_path /g users:f

"file_path" needs to be the path to the ICQ program folder, eg:

C:\Program files\ICQ

Otherwise, you will need to logon as administrator and manually change the
