IContainer is ambiguous in the namespace System.ComponentModel

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? It is VS 2005 Visual Basic
program where I am trying to use the Framework64 to run a program in 64bit
mode with the 64bit Net 2.0 system libraries being used.
