I just replaced my PC and dumb as it sounds I can't remember how I got my
..icl libraries to show in windows explorer. Only shows blocks asking what to
open them with. My old PC just showed the icons in the library.
What am I missing? (Just chalk it up to old age)

Thanks
Pat

It sounds like you need a program to open those types of files. .icl is not a default windows file type.

Did you have some sort of Icon creation tool, Icon editing tool or Icon
extraction utility on your old PC. If so this may have made the changes
necessary to use .icl files.

I still did not install Paint Shop Pro--could that be it?
Can't remember--any suggestions?

I create .icl's fairly often. Then I just rename them to .dll and the icons
are accessible as any other dll.
