Hello: I changed the way I right click my mouse to open an icon that has
various options awhile back and I do not know how to make it return to its
default, it now opens out of a corner full, it use to open and close in a
fadeout type of operation. Can anyone tell me the procedure to get it back to
the original one?, I've looked everywhere and went to help and support but no
luck. Thanks, Gilbert

I think this is what you are referring to:

1. Right-click your desktop and click Properties.
2. Goto the Appearance tab of the Display Properties
3. Click the Effects Button
4. In the Effects dialog, you can enable or disable the "Transition
Effect" with the checkbox, and use the combo box to choose "Fade Effect" or
"Scroll Effect"
5. Then hit OK twice.

Hello Mike Labosh: Just a quick note to say THANK YOU for your instructions
on scroll vs fade, I checked out the display properties but did not use the
effects, will remember this in the future, its working like I want now,
