Hi!
Is it possible to have two application icons with a .NET cf application? I
would like a 16x16 and a 32x32 icon.

As long as you've got them (both formats) in the same ico file that should
work.

You don't have to use VS but if that is all you have:
Create a new icon file and then from the Image menu look at the 3 image type
menuitems.
