icons on some programs changed? Need help

Hello, I have XP serv. 2 the other day i turned on m,y computer and some of
my icons on my desktop and start menu have changed to a piece of white paper
with a right corner dog ear and anthoer square in the middle of it with small
icons on it I have tried fixing the problem. I ran norton anti virus no
viruses or problems. how do I get my icons back ? LOST AND CONFUSED!!!

Reset the icon cache by deleting the file C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\{username}\LOCAL SETTINGS\APPLICATION DATA\ICONCACHE.DB
