I ran the accessibility wizard by mistake and then tried
to cancel out of it without saving changes. However, it
made changes anyway and now some of my icons are smaller
than they should be. For example, the title bar in
internet explorer is shorter than it used to be and now
my "close", "maximize", "iconify" icons in the upper
right corner of the window are smaller than they used to
be.

change your icon size in start menu by right clicking the start button click
properties, then go onto the start menu tab/ go into customise whichever one
you are in and choose large icons. task bar icons right click task bar go to
the top view large icons, but re reading your mail it just sounds like you
have changed your screen resolution try right click the desktop/properties,
then go into settings and see what screen resolution you have, go down one
change and test that. the higher the resolution the smaaller things are on
your screen.
hope it helps

I shouldn't have used the term "icons". My icons are
already set to "large". The problem is really with the
title bar of all my windows. The title bar height has
shrunk. In turn, this has shrunk the "X" for close
window, and the minimize and maximize buttons in the
upper right corner.
