Iconot make rules like OE6

Hi.

I've installed Office 2003 and i'd like to set Outlook 2003 for E-mail
client
When I tried to make rule i can't find the rule which is in Outlook
Express - Do not download mesage from server.
Is it another way to leave some mesages on server with Outlook 2003

Outlook does not support that rule.
