Icon turns red to blue

I have the program installed on both my home and office
PCs (installed the same week). At the time of
installation, the bull's eye/yo-yo looking icon was red.
It's still red on my office PC, but has turned blue on my
home PC. As far as I can tell, the program on the home
PC continues to operate just fine, and everything that
should be enabled is enabled. Anyone know what's going
on?
 
Either Remote Desktop, Fast User Switching or Terminal Services is running.
No significance really.
