I would like to close/quit/exit Outlook and make the icon in the task bar go
away.

However, it doesn't. Is there anyway to do this?

If my computer at home is still on (outlook closed) - I can't get any email
while I'm at work, from the same accounts, because the icon is still active
in the task bar and all the email is going to my home computer.

Thanks

Something is keeping Outlook open. What addins do you have installed?

Outlook 2003 - - thanks for the link
I saw that ActiveSync would case it - I closed ActiveSync and
Voila!
it closed.
thank you very much.
