icon stays in system tray after exit

Help- why does my outlook icon stay in the sytem tray after I close the
program? Seems to be slowing down the shutdown- I get error message saying
"cicerouiwndframe" problem.

Any ideas?

Outlook isn't actually closing. You may have some add-in causing the
problem. See
