Icon sizes have many locations to change their sizes. Here
is another one you may want to look at. Right click your
desktop and then click properties\appearance-setting
button and under the item click the drop down arrow to
choose the item you want to set. Notice all that can be
changed here. In this case click Icon to highlight it and
then you can choose your size. Your open window border
settings are under item as well as icon spacing both
vertical and horizontal . You can select text styles and
sizes here. Set the program default background colour and
