ICON Size

How can I change the size of my ICONS on Vista? I did the scaling thing and
it didn't change the size. The Icons are huge lol

Try this: 'right-click' on the desktop and move your pointer over 'view'.
This should give you the option of choosing your icon size.

Hold the Ctrl key down and use your mouse wheel to adjust the size.

One last question, how do you get the E for internet explorer on the desk
top?

Try this, to put the special IE icon on your desktop (the one where you
right-click the icon and choose Properties to easily get to Internet
Options, etc.):

The old way of doing it in XP will mess up a few things in Vista,
use the little fix below.
