ICF ports open

Does anybody knows what is the appropriate port, that I
have to open in order to allow print sharing? More than
that, using the Internet Connection Firewall I am not able
to send e-mails, althought I can receive

A little searching (15 seconds) would get you this:

As for your email issue, that sounds like you have someothing misconfigured.
ICF only blocks INCOMING traffic, so if you can receive, but not send...
Well, you do the math. =)
