ICF and GPO

Is there a way to administor ICF through GPO? I would like to do more than enable and disable, such as turn it on and change the ports which listen, ports which don't, logging, and alerts for things like port scanning.

Any way to do it and is there an ADM file to install?
 
Not currently, though the idea is being considered.
