I loaded Roadrunner's dialer, and when I dial, it starts to
handshake and then gives me an error "icchost2000.exe has
generated errors and will be closed by windows." The
Roadrunner tech line says it is a result of having
installed windows 2K service pack 4, and that there is a
workaround, but darned if I can find it.
