IBidispl - bidirectional communication with a printer....

Does anyone know how to use the bidispl.h and bidispl.dll with c#?
I have been trying to get information from Microsoft and everyone else,
but no one seems to have this information or just a snip of sample
code.
Any help is appreciated.
