Hi everyone,

I was wondering, how can I combine footnotes?
I have 2 footnotes, the same thing that I would like to
put on one line.

If it is at the end of the page, it is fine, but if it is
nbot at the end, a space is created

Please help

Hi Margaret,

I don't think there is a solution. You can format the paragraph mark after
the first footnote as "hidden", but this won't really work, because Word
will still reserve an extra line for the footnotes.

I haven't found any combination of line spacing, vertical character
positioning, or ADVANCE fields in the footnotes that would keep Word from
adding an extra line for each footnote.

Regards,
Klaus
