I just thought it would be handy for me to have a template to refer to. I
would like to start putting welcome letters in the rooms of certain corporate
clients.

This particular newsgroup deals with getting started on
using the Microsoft database product called Access. You
might have better luck posting in one of the Word newsgroups.
