Hi,

One thing I remember about the Netherlands was, we really had to look to
find any windmills. But then, many people come to Australia and never find a
koala. In the wild, that is!

Hi Glenn,
I live in Belgium and there are still windmills rest assured. Only most of
them have been lost during the last century. Some have been restored and are
still in operation (for the sake of tourism). There are even people living
in them. It is always difficult to preserve such buildings, and so our
cultural heritage is lost.
I'm sure you have similar examples in Australia.

We are running into the same problem here in TEXAS. Most of our Texas
Longhorn cattle population is dwindling. At least the horns are showing up
on the hoods of our pink Cadillacs!

Here in Florida we are actually experiencing the opposite. Every year our
beaches are inundated with Canadians! ;-)
