i went into event error

it had a yellow warning symbol how do i fix it or am i in the wrong place

Best Guess: RRTray is a malware program.

RRTray.exe is apparently connected with the MSN software. Do you use
MSN? If no, uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs. If yes,
