i want to turn the whole page sideways for print and length -HOW ?

You'll probably have more luck asking this in a newsgroup related to Excel.

This one's for questions about Access, the database product that's part of
Office Professional.

As Douglas says, there are newsgroups for Excel - this is a different
program, Microsoft Access.

But use File... Page Setup, and choose Landscape.

Under File choose 'Print', then hit the preferences button, under the
orientation section choose 'landscape', hit OK.
