I want to overwrite one subweb with another

Hello all,
I have a subweb www.davitts.com/footerwork.htm that I want to overwrite with
www.davitts.com/november18.htm and I can't seem to be able to do this. When
I am in the november18 subweb I hit save then save as the footerwork one but
still the footerwork one is still there....I hope this makes sense.
Ultimately I want to copy the whole november18 site over onto the footerwork
site.
Any advise certainly appreciated.

www.davitts.com/footerwork.htm and www.davitts.com/november18.htm seem to
be just pages not webs. If the case is that you named the webs with
suffixing them with .htm then:
* Open www.davitts.com/footerwork.htm in FrontPage
* Right-click the root directory (http://www.davitts.com/footerwork.htm)
and select "Delete"
* Select the desired action in the dialog box that is displayed and click
"OK"

A subweb is a folder converted to a web/site in FP and is an independent web w/ it's own home page, etc.
- your host need to support subwebs (many don't)

In your local web or online web (http://www.davitts.com/) create a folder in the root web
- say construction (move/copy the pages / files you want in it to that folder
Then right click the folder to convert to web, and double click it to open it

You would publish the subweb from your local using
File Publish web and entering http://www.davitts.com/construction/
- or from your root web using the Include subwebs option

PS remove all spaces from file/folder names - illegal html
