I want to create a field where text can be entered

I am creating a form for my surveying firm. I was to type a line of text and
say

example:

Lender: ( then in here i want my clients to be able to fill out the name of
the lender)

then i want the next line and i want them just to be able to tab threw the
whole sheet and fill in the blanks.

You should be able to just insert a text form field where the surveyee can
type their response by putting your cursor where you want the field to be and
then clicking on the Text Form Field button on the forms toolbar (ab). Once
you have all the form fields in that you want for the survey and you're
completely done with the document, click on the Protect Form button on the
forms toolbar (looks like a lock). It will protect the document so that the
text can't be altered but the surveyee can tab through the document like you
want them to.
