I want to be alerted when i receive a mail. How?

I want to be alerted when i receive a mail. Whenever I receive a mail ,I
except my outlook to give an alert on the screen that I got a mail. How can I
do that????

Leave Outlook running.

Mentioning your version of Outlook and the kind of email account you use is
always helpful in here, btw.
 
I dont know the version of outlook i'm using. Plz inform me how can i know
the version? My e-mail account is an account of my company mail which is
https://mx.valuelabs.net

the e-mail account for my outlook is (e-mail address removed)

sent to you.
What I meant is, what kind of email account is it? POP? IMAP?
