i want my subject to be the attachment name, Possible?

Outlook used to put the filename as my xsubject can it be setup like that
again or was it just a flook.

I don't recall that any version of Outlook ever modified the Subject header
based on some file that you attached to an e-mail. What would it use when
you attached a dozen files?

Perhaps you're thinking of Outlook EXPRESS, a complete different and
unrelated e-mail client, and when you were slicing up a file across multiple
e-mails or newsgroup posts. Or you were using the yEnc proxy with OE
(because that poorly designed encoding scheme requires the filename be in
the Subject header).
 
Outlook did used to create the subject to be the file name when emailing from the document program but I guess updated versions do not do this anymore by default.

if you use the send to mail command in windows explorer, it should add the
