In the future - if necessary (and it should not have been with such a simple
question) - please choose to crosspost as opposed to the multiposting you
have done. When cross-posting, you post the SAME message in many groups -
but those with newsreaders (who are answering your questions usually) will
see your message only unread once - after they read it will show as read in
all groups posted. Not to mention that the responders can also answer you
in all groups (or just one if they choose to do so) so that everyone can see
the assistance in all groups at once - as opposed to seeing some answers in
one group and some more in another. This also benefits you. You can
usually go back and check your responses in ONE place - instead of the many
you posted it in.
As I answered in "Setup_Deployment" earlier:
Use the manufacturers (those who sold it to you) instructions on how to do
it.
Or - put simply - format and reinstall the OS and updates and applications
that came with your computer from the restoration media provided.
