I downloaded and install MSN Messenger 6, and before I use to see my
contacts in Outlook Express but not anymore, what should I do to still see
my contacts in Outlook Express.?

Unfortunately you can't, MSN Messenger 6 contacts do not appear in Outlook Express and there
is no way to force them to do so.

Under View -> Layout -> Contacts, If you select this IM
contacts will show with their MSN IM Icons and Outlook
Express Contacts will show with an Open Mail icon. It even
updated my Contact list in Outlook Express when I added a
contact to MSN Messenger
