I use outlook at work. Can I check my outlook mail from my home ?

I would like to able to check my outlook mail from my home computer. Can
this be done? If so how?

If "Work" will allow, set up NetMeeting. Allows complete access to your work
computer.
 
If using Exchange at work, ask the Admin about using Outlook Web Access...
much safer and more secure than using NetMeeting, which only a few companies
still use as it is outdated and buggy.
