Virus scanner are designed to protect your system against viruses. They can
repair some of the damage done by viruses but not everything. Seeing that
you had several viruses, your best bet is to save your data files (including
your EMail files!), then reinstall Windows onto a freshly formatted disk.
This will give you a robust installation that is guaranteed to be free of
viruses.

Hello Marcus:

MBAM should be run in the "Normal Mode" and SAS should be run in the
"Safe Mode". Is that what you did? Did you run *full* scans? In
some cases, they must be repeated.

Are you sure of the spelling of "www.microsfot.com"?

It would be helpful if you had related exactly what malware was found.

You may wish to run GMER from: <http://www.gmer.net/#files>

If you are able to download and run HijackThis V2.0.2 from:

<http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/>

Do *NOT* post the log file here! Instead, post it to a site that
specializes in HJT analysis:

<http://hjt.networktechs.com/> One of many.

At some point, some infections are too plentiful and serious for
average repairs and require you to restore from backup copies or as a
last resort, format your hard disk drive and do a fresh install.

The idea that a virus is just a nuisance, and one that can be
eliminated by running an anti-virus program, is completely false. A
virus is a piece of software designed to do irreparable damage to your
computer.

Does that mean that viruses can never be removed? No, of course not.
In practice it is often possible to remove a virus, especially if you
haven't been infected with it very long. However, you say you had
"viruses" (plural) The more you have, the less likely it is that
they can all be properly removed, and with several, it's highly
likely that your situation was bad enough to be uncorrectable.

Moreover, you told us nothing about which viruses they were, nor what
anti-virus program you used to identify them, and which you used to
remove them. Is your anti-virus program good enough to identify all of
them? Many anti-virus programs, including some of the most popular
ones, are very poor. And why didn't the anti-virus program identify
these viruses as you got infected instead of waiting until now?
Without all that information, it's next to impossible to tell you
anything definitive about your situation.

One more point: if you had multiple virus infections, it's also likely
that you had multiple spyware infections. You've also told us nothing
about which (if any) anti-spyware programs you run.

So please provide *all* the missing information

Be aware that it may be very likely in your case that you will need to
do a format and clean reinstallation of Windows.

You meant www.microsoft.com right?

Burn BitDefender, or another program listed at the link below, to a CD
(using a working machine) and test the infected machine with it.
BitDefender also has a Rootkit checker on the Linux Desktop; run it if
you think that's the problem:

http://www.techmixer.com/free-bootable-antivirus-rescue-cds-download-list/

Download the executable rather than the .iso image, if one is
available.. it prompts you to insert a CD and burns the file, no problem.

Then run these:

Malwarebytes© Corporation
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

SuperAntispyware

thnak you very much for replying.
finally, I found the reason why my compuer always infected virus.
first, i infected virus and malicious software from internet. them infected
all my .exe software on my disk. although, i reinstalled windows and use
antivirus software such as avast scan my all files. but the avast report no
virus. i doubled click come setup.exe to install software, the viruses and
malware suddenly brouk out.
SO, i have to delete all .exe files on disk. and reinstalled windows,
installed software from cds.
and now my computer have no problem.
thanks
