Hi there, I sent Vista back to Microsoft a long time ago and no email or
letters from them. I sent Vista to Microsoft a week or 2 after that OS didn't
work with my pc. As I posted here before on this site as why it didn't work.
But I mailed Vista on the Nov 21, 2007 and what the tracking number of the
UPS says "Your item was delivered at 11:09 AM on November 26, 2007". Since
then I had no emails, phone call, or letters. Can someone help with this... I
would have liked to have an email stating that "your Vista OS as come in just
give a few weeks to do the paper work."

Going to school full time and have to cut back on working, I could have over
acted but then again I think MS should have at least sent an email / letter.

You did the best thing returning the CRAP version of windows called Vista.

However no one in this newsgroup is from microsoft... unless you find a
guilty one (*) poping in from time to time...

you should try to communicate with them directly..

(*) guilty of being part of the Vista scandal aka the construction of the
morst horrendous version of winblows ever!

Hi, Chris.

Just who do you think you are talking to? We are not Microsoft. We are
just other users - like you.

I'm not sure who you should contact about a refund for returned product, but
you might start with this KB article:
How and when to contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support

Not to mention I highly doubt that a refund will be forthcoming. Too easy to
just make a copy of the disc and copy the key. Not that the OP is guilty of
that, but THAT will be their line of reasoning.
