I need to Write a Formula

I am trying to write a formula to say: (assume D7 is the number 68)
If D7 is >=10 put a 10, if not put the number value
my next formula asks:
If D7 minus 10 is >= 40, put a 40, if not put the value
I am trying to get pricing which is written
1-10= $0
11-50=$30
51-100=$25
100+=$20
The number 68 would have a 10 @ $0
40@$30 and 18@ $25

First formula either =IF(D7>=10,10,D7) or =MIN(D7,10)
Similarly with 40
