I need to undelete some email from outlook with exchange

I using Outlook 2002 and Exchange server. I have deleted some emails
over the past year and have just found out that I really need to get
them back. Assuming I don't have a valid backup is there a way to get
them back somehow?

Roady I had been looking for my post that was 6 hours ago and since it
had still not shown up on the group and I really needed an answer I
thought I would post it again because I thought it might not have gone
through.

Showed up nicely here :-)

Here is my answer;
Well you might try Tools-> Recover Deleted Items... but I doubt that your
administrator has a retention policy that goes back a year. You could check
with your administrator whether they keep anual/monthly tapes. If not; the
messages are gone.
