I need to select particular users to access my files

How can I allow SELECTED users from within our company network to access my
files? I don't want EVERYONE in the network to access my selected files and
I only would like to pick three or five people to have access to them.

Please help.
 
If you are on a domain-based network check with your domain administrators
on how to accomplish this. Otherwise we need more details - like whether
you're using XP Home or XP Pro, and so on - to help.
