I need to learn how to fix this error

Hello, all, I get this error message in Outlook, when I click on an item in
my email to bring up a browser screen; "This operation has been cancelled due
to restrictions in effect in this computer, Please contact system
administrator." I'm the systen adminisrator and have no idea how to fix this.
Please help!

Hey there, All I had to do was to run Explorer, click on tools and click on
"Reset web settings", close out explorer and bring it back up. Problem solve,
it couldn't easier!!!
