I need to install a Printer in a usb, manually

I need to enable a usb port in windows xp, but i need to enable it without
having somethin pluged to the usb port. I need that appears a usb001 port
when i install a printer manually in XP
 
Do you have USB on your system??
Go to My Computer...right click...properties....hardware.....device manager
click the little plus sign next to USB controllers
are there any red or yellow exclamation points.........if there are you need
to load the USB drivers that came with your system.
If there are none..........load up the printers CD and install the drivers
and follow the instructions.
The USB printer usually gets connected after all of the drivers are
installed.
