maria gloria,
you can teach yourself a lot just by picking up a book, creating a test
database, using the help files within the database and just play around with
it. Then when you find something you want to do and you are not sure how to
do it then search through all of the posts here, and google, and then if you
still are not sure how to do what you are wanting to do then post your
question here and somebody will certainly be happy to try and help you solve
it! :)

thanks a lot, but I´ve been programming in Access and using a little bit of
BVA but there are so manu things that I don´t know, and I have to solve my
problems quickly becouse de stress of my job. That is when I need to have
the answers fast. I use to program in cobol and other languages that I use
to know very well, but Visual Basic I didn´t study at all that is why this is
taking me to much time. If I can be trained I think this will be a lot much
easy for me. I don´t know if there are courses in microsoft on line?

The best books on Access are the "Developers Handbook" by Litwin,Getz and
Gilbert.
These containd loads of information and examples that you can just lift and
incorporate into your own applications.
