Well, unless someone is at home to help you your out of luck... This should
be setup before you leave.
So, in the future I suggest you setup a free service like No-IP.com that
maps a fully qualified domain name (FQDN) or alias if you will to your ISP
assigned IP address. Then you can call your home PC from anywhere using the
FQDN/alias.
I use No-IP.com to do just that. A small program runs on your PC and on a
time scheduled basis contacts the No-IP.com servers. The servers then know
your current IP address and map that to the FQDN/alias. Go to
http://www.no-ip.com for details.
Otherwise if someone is at home now have them go to
http://www.whatismyip.com and let you know what is reported. Of course this
presumes you have whatever remote control/access program setup and running
and the appropriate ports forwarded if your PC is behind a firewall or
router.
