A fellow member in another forum wants to prove to an associate that the
AMD Dual On Die 64 bit chips meet or beat Intel chips especially in the
arena of video work.

Can some of you lead me to articles, tests, and forums proving this out?

Buy, borrow or beg the two machines, set them up side by side and run it.
That is almost certainly the only way to really "prove it."
