I need Help

I am still getting the bar on top of my task bar. It pops up when I go on the
internet and covers the entire bottom inch of the screen. I do not want to
use any spybot crap, as I have already done so!! I need for real help here.
So please no ad-ware or spybot mentioned.

You still have the bar, means you doidn't use something like Toolbar Cop.
But you don't want to hear that...
