I need help on my formula

I have a formula where =IF(D16>D15,"FAIL","PASS") but I need to add
that if d16 is blank then d19 needs to be blank and not put in Pass or
Fail. Can someone help me.
 
This looks like an Excel question rather than an Access question. Try post to
an Excel news group.
