There's no business model that makes it worthwhile for anyone but Microsoft
to create Access templates; templates are for letting many users do some
(usually minor) choice and customization of a basic database application.
Thus, you are far more likely to find "a sample" or "an example" database
for a particular application than to find a "template" similar to the
templates that come with the Access product.
I have not seen a sample/example database for a psychology practice, but
many "service industry" sample/examples might serve as a good starting
point -- they would have customer information, appointment information,
records of service, etc.. With a little "out of the box" thinking, something
like an "automotive service shop" database could serve as your "jumping off
point".
The FAQ site,
http://www.mvps.org/access has a lot of links to sites with
Access information, some of which include example databases. Your best,
perhaps only, chance to find a template would be to start at
http://office.microsoft.com and search for one that might apply. Another
site with links to Access resources is
http://ntaccess.tripod.org.
