I need a program that will mirror a dynamic partition to a new drive.

I have a failing hard drive and need to mirror it to the
replacement drive. The source drive has been converted to
a dynamic partition. The destination drive is new,
unformatted and unpartitioned. What program will allow me
to boot to a bootable floppy or cd and allow me to mirror
the source drive?
