G Guest Sep 30, 2004 #1 I cannot open OUtlook. It is asking for Data1.MSI. IT is a file on the origninal disk. I need help.

If you lost the disks, but have the Certificate of Authenticity that came with them, you can request replacement disks from Microsoft. If you no longer have the Certificate, be prepared to buy a new license.
