I lost my explorer

I have boot it, defragmented and also try to scan it to fix any files but
have not succed, my pc have not be able to do it. Since I conected to dial
up my pc is very slow and disconect anytime but lately is pointless to conect
because I cannot write or try to search, my explorer doesn't work. I even try
to use the 3 keys ctrl and the other 2 first row at the same time the key
delete, but I have no luck. I know is jam some how, Any suggestions?. I
always have been good with the pc but this time I am at lost.
Please need hints.

Sounds like Spyware/Mailware or a virus to me.

Download the second link, install it, download & install the top link, run
the program & delete the red items.

Go back on the net, downnload all updates & run again.

This should sort out the problems or at least the biggest of them.
