I had contracted the w32.kwbot.c.worm virus, and so I ran
a virus scan to rid of the threat. Though this a good
plan of action under normal circumstances, it, in this
case, cause drastic problems. My cmd32.exe module was
terminated in the virus irradication. Luckily, though, I
have found, by massive internet search, that by
reinserting my Windows XP CD, I could reinstate my
deleted problem... one problem though -- I had never
receaved a Windows XP CD for my computer, though it was
preinstalled onto my computer. I have already tried to
contact my manufacturer, but according to the telephone-
help providers, they do not give copies of your Windows
XP CD Installer. I only see one other solution: full
system recovery! Could you please help me! I refuse to
take that solution. HELP!
